Composition:
Hydroquinone USP
Tretinoin USP
Mometasone Furoate IP
In a cream base

Precaution:
Keep in cool dark place. Do not freeze.
Dosage: As directed by the physician. Keep out of reach of children
Replace cap immediately after use. Not to be used during pregnancy.
Exposure to sunlight or U.V. light will cause repigmentation of bleached area.
Avoid contact of cream with eyes, mouth and mucous membrane.
